Terms of Service

By purchasing from BillSnitch, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and have read and agreed to these Terms.

BillSnitch sells digital template bundles designed for US home service contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related trades). Products include files in the following formats: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Canva templates, and PDF.

All products are digital downloads. There are no physical goods shipped.

• Pro — $147
• Complete — $247

We reserve the right to update or improve product contents over time. We will not materially reduce what a product includes after your purchase.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. You will never be billed again after your initial purchase unless you make a separate purchase. BillSnitch does not store your credit card or payment information.

After successful payment, you will receive an email containing a download link for your purchased files. Delivery typically occurs within a few minutes of purchase.

If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@billsnitch.com and we will resend it.

All sales are final. Because our products are digital downloads that are immediately accessible upon delivery, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.

If you have not received your download link and we are unable to deliver it after a reasonable effort, we will issue a full refund. If you believe a product was materially misrepresented, contact us and we will review your concern in good faith.

When you purchase a BillSnitch product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for your own personal or business purposes.

You may:

• Use the templates in your home service business
• Customize and modify the files for your own use
• Make copies for your own use across your devices

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files with others
• Give away or sell the templates — modified or unmodified — to any third party
• Upload the templates to any marketplace, template library, or file-sharing platform
• Claim the templates as your own original work for commercial redistribution
• Use the templates to create a competing template product

All BillSnitch products, including the templates, design elements, copy, and structure, are the intellectual property of BillSnitch. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the templates to you. You are purchasing a license to use them, not the templates themselves.

BillSnitch products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. The templates are business tools — they are not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting them to your own business needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillSnitch's total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved under applicable US federal law and, where applicable, the laws of the state in which BillSnitch operates.

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at support@billsnitch.com. We will make a genuine effort to resolve your concern informally. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We may update these Terms at any time. If you have already made a purchase, the Terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that transaction. Continued use of the site after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these Terms — particularly if you redistribute or resell our products. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the purchased files.
